Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meesho AI Shipping Optimizer Chrome extension (the "Extension") and related services provided by Zesmack at tool.zesmack.com (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country to use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Zesmack grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Extension for your own legitimate Meesho seller business.

3. License Key & Usage

• A license key can be activated on any number of devices and Meesho accounts. We do not enforce a per-device or per-account cap.
• Usage is governed entirely by your credit balance: every AI image generation, shipping rate scan and rate applied deducts one credit from the same pool, regardless of which device or account performs the action.
• Bulk upload and browsing community rates do not consume credits.
• Sharing, reselling, leasing, or publicly distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in termination without refund.

4. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based model and/or subscription plans purchased through Cashfree (UPI, cards).
• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Credits are consumed as you use paid features. One credit is deducted per AI image generated, and one credit per shipping rate scan or rate applied. Bulk upload and browsing community rates do not consume credits. Unused credits expire according to the plan you purchased.
• We may change prices and plan features at any time. Changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

5. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits or a plan have been paid for, the transaction cannot be reversed. Please review the features and pricing carefully before purchasing. If the Service is unusable due to a confirmed fault on our side, we may at our sole discretion add replacement credits to your account in lieu of a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, infringing, or that violates Meesho's own seller policies.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or attempt to derive source code of the Extension or backend.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with license enforcement, credit metering, rate limiting, or security features.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs as a standalone product.
• Scrape, crawl, or overload our backend or Meesho's infrastructure beyond normal individual use.
• Use the Service to impersonate another seller or to bulk-upload stolen or unauthorized images.
• Use automated means to create multiple accounts or abuse trial credits.

7. Community Shipping Rates

By using the Auto Shipping Scanner you agree that the top 10 lowest shipping rates discovered during your scans are shared publicly with other users in anonymized form (no identifying details of your store, products, or account). You grant Zesmack a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and publish this anonymized rate data as part of the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

• You are responsible for the input images and prompts you submit to the AI Image Creator.
• You represent that you have the rights to any source images you upload.
• AI output is generated algorithmically and may occasionally contain artefacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing to Meesho.
• You own the AI-generated images produced for your account, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Extension, backend services, website, logos, text, graphics, and software are owned by Zesmack and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.
• "Meesho" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the Meesho Supplier Panel (for uploads and shipping lookups performed in your own browser session) and Cashfree (for payment processing). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Zesmack is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those third parties.

11. Service Availability & Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that shipping rates displayed will remain available at Meesho or that AI-generated images will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZESMACK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not responsible for any action taken by Meesho against your seller account, including suspension, delisting, or policy enforcement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zesmack from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including Meesho's seller policies.

15. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension.
• We may suspend or terminate your license immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
