The Meesho AI Shipping Optimizer ("Extension", "Service") is a Chrome extension and web platform operated by Zesmack ("we", "us", "our") — an independent third party not affiliated with Meesho. By installing the extension or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the extension and web platform for legitimate seller activities on the Meesho marketplace. This license does not transfer any ownership of our software or intellectual property to you.

3. License Key & Usage

A single license key works across multiple devices and browser profiles. Usage is governed entirely by your credit balance — each AI image generation and shipping scan costs one credit, shared across all devices linked to your license. Bulk uploads and community rate browsing are free features.

4. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

• Credits are purchased through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
• Credits are consumed as you use paid features (AI generation, shipping scans)
• Credits expire based on your plan's validity period
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect previously purchased credits
• GST and payment handling fees are shown before checkout

5. Refund Policy

Paid plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase — unused credits are fully refunded; if you have used some credits, the refund is adjusted proportionally. GST is refunded proportionally and the payment handling fee is non-refundable. In cases of confirmed service faults (e.g., credits deducted but no output generated), replacement credits may be added at our sole discretion. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Circumvent license key validation or credit metering
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense AI-generated outputs as a service
• Scrape, crawl, or automate interactions beyond normal extension use
• Impersonate another user or share license keys
• Automate multiple Meesho accounts using a single license

7. Community Shipping Rates

When you scan shipping rates, the top 10 lowest rates are shared anonymously with all extension users. By using this feature, you grant Zesmack a perpetual, royalty-free license to use this anonymized data. No personal information is included in shared rate data.

8. AI-Generated Content

You own the AI-generated images created using your source photos. However:

• You must provide legitimate source images that you have rights to use
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing on Meesho
• We do not guarantee that AI outputs will meet Meesho's image guidelines
• We are not liable for any consequences of publishing AI-generated images

9. Intellectual Property

Zesmack owns all rights to the extension, backend API, website, branding, and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. The license granted in Section 2 is for use only.

10. Third-Party Services

• Meesho: We interact with the Meesho Supplier Panel through your browser session. We are not responsible for any actions Meesho takes on your account.
• Razorpay: Payment processing is governed by Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy. We never store your card or UPI credentials.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Shipping rates will always be available or accurate
• AI-generated images will meet specific quality standards
• The extension will be compatible with all browser configurations

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zesmack's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any actions Meesho takes on your seller account.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zesmack harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

• By you: Uninstall the extension and stop using the website at any time
• By us: We may terminate your access immediately for violations of these terms, without refunding unused credits
• Sections on IP, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
