Why you need it
Shipping rates on Meesho change frequently. A seller who manually picks a rate once and forgets about it often overpays by 15–30% compared to the best rate available that week. Multiply that across hundreds of SKUs and the leak is enormous.
The Auto Shipping Scanner solves this by running a full scan after every image job, caching the result per product, and presenting the 10 cheapest options so you can apply the best one in a single click.
How it works
- After image creation (or on demand), the scanner runs in the background.
- It checks rates for your product's weight and dimensions against all available shipping options on Meesho.
- Results are cached locally so repeat scans are instant.
- The Shipping tab shows the 10 cheapest options with an Apply button.

What you see
For every scanned product, the Shipping tab shows:
- Rate, carrier name, and estimated delivery time.
- Rate compared to your currently applied rate (savings in ₹).
- One-click Apply to set the new rate on Meesho.

We do not guarantee that a rate shown will remain available on Meesho's side — rates can change at any time. Always apply the rate you want as soon as you see it.

Frequently asked questions
Are the cheapest rates reliable for actual delivery?
The scanner only surfaces rates that Meesho itself offers — these are all active carriers on Meesho's integrated network. Delivery SLAs are the same whether you pick the cheapest or most expensive rate in most weight buckets. If you still want extra assurance, Community Rates go a step further: they are already verified by another seller who applied the rate and dispatched successfully.
What if a rate is only cheaper for one pincode band?
The scanner surfaces rates per pincode band. You can apply rate A for metros and rate B for tier-2/3 cities.
Does the scanner run when my browser is closed?
No. The scanner is a browser extension and runs only when the Chrome window is open and active on supplier.meesho.com. We do not run any background servers on your behalf.
Can I see scan history?
Yes. Each product keeps its last scan timestamp and the top 10 rates from that scan. You can force a rescan any time.
