General

Is this the official Meesho extension?

No. The extension is built by Zesmack and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meesho. It works inside supplier.meesho.com using your own logged-in session.

Is my Meesho account safe?

Yes. We never ask for your Meesho password. All requests use your own browser session exactly as you would do them manually.

What data does the extension collect?

The extension itself collects only three things: your license key, a machine ID, and the product images you submit for AI processing. Your name, email and phone are collected separately at registration time on our website — the extension never reads them. Anonymized shipping rate data points (weight/dimension/pincode bucket + rate) flow from the extension to the community pool. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

How are community shipping rates shared?

Only the top 10 lowest rates are shared, and only as anonymized data points (weight bucket, dimension bucket, pincode band, rate, timestamp). No store or product details are shared.

Billing & License

How are credits consumed?

One credit per AI image generated, and one credit per shipping rate scan or rate applied. Bulk upload and browsing community rates do not consume credits.

How do I pay?

All payments are processed by Cashfree. You can pay with UPI, credit/debit cards, and supported net-banking options.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the plan carefully before buying.

Can I use one license on multiple devices?

Yes. A single license can be activated on any number of devices and Meesho accounts — there is no device limit. Only your credit balance limits usage: every generation, scan and applied rate deducts from the same pool no matter which device or account runs it.

What happens if I uninstall?

Local extension storage is cleared. Your license and credits remain on our server and can be reactivated on the same or a new device.

Features

Which Meesho pages does the extension work on?

Only supplier.meesho.com. It does not run on the public Meesho storefront or any other website.

Can I regenerate a single AI image?

Yes. In the Extension panel you can accept or regenerate individual outputs without re-running the whole job.

Can the bulk upload handle hundreds of images?

Yes, but we recommend batches of up to a few hundred at a time. Larger batches can time out on Meesho's side; failed images can be retried with one click.

How fresh are community shipping rates?

Rates are updated continuously as sellers in the community run their scans. Rates at Meesho may change at any time; use Rescan for the latest.

Technical

Does the extension work on mobile?

It runs in Chrome on desktop. For mobile devices, use a desktop Chrome browser to access supplier.meesho.com.

Which browsers are supported?

Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave) usually work but are not officially supported.

Can I use it with a VPN?

Yes, but Meesho may rate-limit or block traffic from some VPN IP ranges. We recommend using your normal network.
