Is this the official Meesho extension?
No. The extension is built by Zesmack and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meesho. We are an independent third-party tool.
Is my Meesho account safe?
Yes. We never ask for your Meesho password. All requests use your own browser session — exactly as you would do them manually. The extension simply automates the clicks.
What data does the extension collect?
The extension collects your license key, a machine ID (browser fingerprint for abuse detection), and product images you submit for AI processing. Registration details (name, email, phone) are collected on the website, not by the extension. No passwords or payment info are stored. Anonymized shipping data flows to the community pool.
How are community shipping rates shared?
Only the top 10 lowest rates are shared, and only as anonymized data points — weight bucket, dimension bucket, pincode band, rate, and timestamp. Your name, email, license key, and product details are never shared.
How are credits consumed?
One credit per AI image generated, and one credit per shipping rate scan. Bulk uploads and browsing community rates are free.
How do I pay?
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, credit/debit cards, and supported net-banking options.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Paid plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase — unused credits are fully refunded; if you have used some credits, the refund is adjusted proportionally. GST is refunded proportionally and the payment handling fee is non-refundable. Please review the plan carefully before buying. In case of a confirmed service fault, replacement credits may be added at our discretion.
Can I use one license on multiple devices?
Yes. A single license can be activated on any number of devices and Meesho accounts — there is no device limit. Credits are shared across all devices.
What happens if I uninstall?
Local extension storage is cleared. Your license and credits remain on our server and can be reactivated on the same or a new device anytime.
Which Meesho pages does the extension work on?
Only supplier.meesho.com. It does not run on the public Meesho storefront or any other website.
Can I regenerate a single AI image?
Yes. In the extension panel you can accept or regenerate individual outputs without re-running the whole job.
Can the bulk upload handle hundreds of images?
Batches of several hundred work well. Very large batches may timeout on Meesho's servers — failed images can be retried easily from the extension.
How fresh are community shipping rates?
Rates are updated continuously as sellers in the community run their scans. The more sellers use the tool, the fresher and more accurate the rates become.
Is there a Meesho image generator app or APK?
No. There is no Android APK or mobile app. The tool is a desktop Chrome extension that runs inside supplier.meesho.com.
Does the extension work on mobile?
It runs in Chrome on desktop only. For mobile devices, use a desktop browser to access supplier.meesho.com.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave) typically work but are not officially supported.
Can I use it with a VPN?
VPN usage is permitted, though Meesho may restrict certain VPN IP ranges. Standard network connections are recommended for best experience.
