1. General Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. When you purchase a plan or credits for the Meesho AI Shipping Optimizer, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed. Please review the plan details, credit amount, and pricing carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Why No Refunds?
Our service delivers digital credits that are consumed immediately upon use (AI image generation, shipping scans). Once credits are purchased:
- They are available instantly in your account
- They can be used across unlimited devices
- They cannot be "returned" as the service capacity is reserved for you
3. Service Fault Credits
If you experience a confirmed service fault — for example, credits were deducted but no output was generated — we may add replacement credits to your account at our sole discretion. This is not a refund; it's a service correction.
To request service fault credits:
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of the issue
- Include your license key and a description of the problem
- Include screenshots if possible (job ID, error messages)
- Our team will investigate and respond within 2 business days
4. What Qualifies as a Service Fault?

5. Razorpay Payment Disputes
All payments are processed by Razorpay. If you believe a payment was made in error or was unauthorized:
- Contact us first at [email protected] — we can often resolve issues faster than a formal dispute
- If needed, you may raise a dispute through your bank or Razorpay
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: Full price charged for the new plan. Existing credits carry over.
- Downgrades: Full price charged for the lower plan. No partial refund for the difference.
- Renewals: Credits are added to your existing balance.
7. Account Deletion
If you request account deletion, any unused credits are forfeited. We cannot refund credits for deleted accounts. Please use your remaining credits before requesting deletion.
8. Free Trial
Every new registration receives a free trial with credits — no credit card required. We recommend using the trial to evaluate the service before purchasing a paid plan.
