Getting Started

How to install the extension

1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing for "Meesho AI Shipping Optimizer".
2. Click Add to Chrome and confirm the permissions dialog.
3. Pin the extension icon to your Chrome toolbar.
4. Open supplier.meesho.com and sign in.
5. The Extension panel appears on the page automatically.

How to activate your license key

1. Purchase a plan at tool.zesmack.com via Cashfree (UPI or card).
2. You will receive a license key by email.
3. Click the Extension icon and paste the key into the activation field.
4. The same key can be activated on as many devices and Meesho accounts as you need — no device limit.
5. Credits are shared across all devices; each generation / scan / applied rate deducts one credit from the same balance.

Using the Features

AI Image Creator

1. On supplier.meesho.com, open the Extension panel.
2. Select the product(s) you want to generate images for.
3. Click Create with AI and choose a style preset.
4. Wait for the job to finish; generated images appear in the Extension panel.
5. Preview each image and keep or regenerate individual variations.

Bulk Image Upload

1. Click Bulk Upload once images are ready.
2. The Extension pushes the selected images to your Meesho Supplier Panel using your existing Meesho session.
3. Progress is shown per image; failed uploads can be retried with one click.

Auto Shipping Scanner & Top 10 Rates

1. After image creation, the Extension automatically runs the shipping scanner.
2. Open the Shipping tab to see the 10 cheapest rates.
3. Click Apply next to any rate to set it on Meesho.

Community Rates

1. Switch to the Community tab inside the Shipping panel.
2. See the top 10 lowest anonymized rates contributed by other sellers.
3. Apply any community rate with a single click if it is compatible with your product.

Troubleshooting

Extension not appearing on supplier.meesho.com

• Make sure you are on a URL under supplier.meesho.com, not the public Meesho store.
• Check that the Extension is enabled in chrome://extensions.
• Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5).
• Disable conflicting extensions and retry.

License key not activating

• Copy the key exactly as sent in your email, without spaces.
• If activation still fails, email [email protected] with the last 4 characters of your key.
• Check that your system time is correct; license validation uses UTC.

Bulk upload fails or stalls

• Verify you are logged into supplier.meesho.com in the same browser window.
• Reduce the batch size and retry.
• Check image file sizes (Meesho has its own limits).
• Use Retry failed instead of restarting the whole batch.

AI image generation is slow or stuck

• Large jobs may take several minutes; wait for the progress bar.
• If a job stays stuck for more than 10 minutes, cancel and contact support.
• Credits are not deducted for failed jobs.

Shipping rates look outdated

• Click Rescan to force a fresh lookup.
• Community rates update continuously but individual rates may change on Meesho's side.
